The Shamanic Wheel is an ancient system of inner transformation, used by traditions such as the Incas, the Andean peoples, and other indigenous cultures. It consists of four directions – South, West, North, East – and each corresponds to a stage of personal and spiritual development. The journey on the wheel is circular: each direction represents an inner challenge and a transformation.

South: The snake – letting go of the past, healing from old wounds.
West: The jaguar – confrontation with fear, death of the old self.
North: The hummingbird – ancestral wisdom, finding purpose, trust.
East: The eagle – vision, creating a new reality, taking responsibility.

Passing through each direction brings inner purification and a deeper connection with the Self and Nature.

The 9 initiations are energetic transmissions (karpay) that the student passes through teachers or spiritual guides. They represent levels of consciousness and relationship with the world and spirit. They build a "light body" and open the path of the healer.

1. Initiation of the Healer: Activating the ability to heal yourself and others.

2. Power Animal Initiation: Connecting with the snake, jaguar, hummingbird, and eagle – each for a distinct power.

3. Initiation of the Guardians of Wisdom: You draw strength from the earth and from the tradition of your ancestors.

4. Initiation of the Guardians of the Mountains: The wisdom of the Andes and the protection of sacred places are transmitted to you.

5. Initiation of the Guardians of Heaven: Connection to cosmic order and feminine wisdom.

6. Initiation of the Light Beings: Taking on the role of guardian of humanity and the Earth.

7. Creator Initiation: Cultivating vision – you create your reality with intention and purity.

8. Golden Spindle Initiation: You are now in service to the spirit. You live within the flow of light.

9. Initiation of the Divine Man: Union with the Whole. You experience yourself as part of Creation.
