The Kundalini and Its Three Expressions Soul • Mind • Karma

The first expression is Prana Shakti — the essential substance from which the entire universe is woven. We feel prana when Kundalini begins to awaken: as movements, as sensations in the body — the well-known myoclonias that appear during Kundalini activation.

The second expression is Chit, Pure Awareness. This arises when Kundalini has ascended and the mind has been purified from its projections. Here, awareness becomes steady, thought-free, and luminous. This is the state described as blissful emptiness — the experience of unity and blessing.

Finally, there is Para Shakti — the whole universe, the visible and the invisible, the very quantum field spoken of by modern science:the still, seemingly empty matrix that contains all potentialities of movement and manifestation.

There are many ways in which Kundalini may be activated. This energy lies dormant at the base of the spine — its name comes from the Sanskrit kundala, meaning “coil” or “the place where she rests.”

The safest and most harmonious way is through gentle practices, because rapid activation can cause disturbances not only in daily life, but also in the physical body — especially in the central nervous system.

The best approach involves:

• soft breathing practices

• meditation during sunrise (when the two hemispheres naturally align

)• and the primordial yoga, Nada Yoga, from which the entire cosmic fabric and spaceless–timeless continuum emerged.

But above all, the cultivation of virtues is essential. Only then can the energy centers open, allowing Kundalini to move through the channels of Ida and Pingala, bringing purification into the Sushumna.

Among the virtues, the most important is non-attachment to lower desires — the ability to maintain calmness, neutrality, and still observation. Through this, awareness of reality is cultivated:Shakti recognized as movement upon an unmoving, silent background.

The being becomes refined. Thought transforms into perception. Shakti loves silence, slow breath, non-identification, and forgiveness.

The human body contains six energy centers, and at the sixth — the center of inner vision — forgiveness resides. Without forgiveness, Kundalini cannot rise to create the final opening in the crown chakra, the thousand-petaled lotus.

Many read about these things and think:“None of this concerns me. This will never happen to me.”But everything is made of prana, and Kundalini Shakti exists in everyone as a latent potential. It can be awakened through exact yogic methods — or given as a gift through Divine Grace.

Kundalini is the Mother. She carries the soul from one incarnation to the next. She knows about you what you may never learn.Together with the soul, she also carries the mind, and thus karma is woven.

Karma is the mind. Your mind creates your body, which is your true karma. Your karma is the last thought you have before sleep.

Souls close to liberation no longer have thoughts —and therefore do not dream. There is nothing in the mind to project during sleep. They live in wakeful sleep.

The soul then no longer needs to be carried into a new body through the mental sheath. It becomes free —free to choose intelligent emptiness or to return as an awakened Being,an Avatar.

Everything you see — whatever it is —is Kundalini. And whatever you think you are doing,it is She who moves the threads.
