A year ago I started with life sessions, I entered the school of real life and there with perseverance and patience learning the appropriate techniques I reached the level of instantly implementing what I think and want. It taught me to evolve positively, to love myself more. to leave situations that do not serve my higher good instantly without any thought. Life is an excellent teacher but above all a lot of people. The path of self-knowledge can be long and difficult and every day requires practice and practice, but with the school of real life and life itself that is a supporter next to us and teaching us the appropriate techniques, the path becomes much easier and more relaxing. 'A few months ago I met True Life and my beloved Teacher Zoe Chortatou. Zoe embraced me and I began the 2-year study cycle. Truly, all the practices, all the teaching I receive is absolutely true. What can one say about True Life and Zoi? I will try to put into a few words what I have experienced, although I know I cannot possibly express everything I would like to say about both the Academy and Zoi.
I came across Zoi by chance online. From our very first phone call, I felt that there was something truly different about her and about the way she teaches, unlike any other teacher I had spoken to before.
I joined the Academy somewhat hesitantly, with doubts about whether I would really be able to achieve everything she described. About eight months later, not only am I achieving things that once seemed impossible to me, but my entire way of thinking has changed. I have learned how to manifest what I focus on, and I have learned to love in a different way — deeply, selflessly, without expecting anything in return.
Zoi has guided me along the path of my spiritual transformation with consistency, responsibility and the wisdom of her own experience. She took me by the hand, not only as a teacher but, if I may say so, with the care of a mother, showing me paths toward spirituality, inner peace and strength that I did not even know existed.
Through the Academy, and with Zoi now walking beside me on this journey, I experience greater abundance in my life, I feel my inner strength, and I move closer to my dreams every day.

Almost a year ago... in an inner search of mine, in a need of myself to find, to learn, to develop...."I sent" to the universe my desire to find this "bright" person who would want and above all could become my teacher, my spiritual guide and companion. Then, in an almost "magical" way through a sequence of events, the Lord Zoe Hortatos came before me. My will and desire (to be a being bright and clean from entrenched beliefs and attachments of times... free from instincts and burdens that were often not my own) met with the rich and thorough knowledge... mainly from experiential experience... much study, observation and organization of the Lord Zoe Hortatos.. She stood and still stands by me with undiminished interest and care, answering, teaching me in every inner, spiritual and social search of mine. Her presence at every moment, her love, her kindness, her gentleness are always helpful on the path towards the light, on this journey towards the knowledge of it... in the deep belief that at some point we will return to the source of creation... that in this world we are all one-one breath-one beat-one heart... a higher power of which we are an integral part. I am grateful because at the right moment for me, the right teacher came.

“THANK YOU” is too small for what you did in just 10 minutes. Honestly, I can’t believe you managed it! I was in so much pain, suffering since yesterday afternoon with my neck — I couldn’t even open my eyes because of the pain and the heaviness… and then, just 10 minutes after you told me you would set the intention for me to feel better, I actually felt well???
