Rituals & Sacred Cycles is a space devoted to sacred transitions, the cycles of the Moon and the Sun, energetic transmissions, and ceremonial practices that invite us into a deeper connection with the body, consciousness, and the natural rhythms of life.

Since ancient times, human beings have observed the cycles of nature not simply as changes in time, but as gateways of transition. The New Moon, Full Moon, Solstices, and Equinoxes became moments of stillness, purification, intention, completion, and renewal.

At True Life, ritual is not something we simply observe. It is a living space we enter, participate in, and experience. Here, ceremony meets energetic transmission, meditation, sound, Shakti, and embodied experience.

SHAKTIPAT

Sacred Transmission of Shakti

Shaktipat is the direct energetic transmission of Shakti, the living creative force that, within the yogic and tantric traditions, is associated with the awakening of Kundalini and a deeper transformation of consciousness.

During the transmission, no effort or control is required. The participant is invited to relax, turn inward, and allow the experience to unfold according to its own rhythm.

The experience may express itself differently for each person. There may be deep stillness and inner silence, a sense of expansion, waves of energy, warmth, vibrations, spontaneous movement, emotional expression, or simply a profound sense of presence.

There is no specific way in which Shaktipat should be experienced. Its essence is not found in the intensity of the experience, but in the relationship that begins to unfold with Shakti, presence, and deeper inner awareness.

NEW MOON • AMĀVASYĀ

Purification • Intention • Ancestral Connection

The New Moon is a natural point of pause. A time to turn inward, release, and create space for a new cycle to begin.

Within the traditions of Yoga and Tantra, Amāvasyā is particularly associated with inner practice, purification, meditation, and remembrance of the ancestral lineage.

New Moon rituals may bring together meditation, mantra, intention, energetic transmission, purification practices, and ancestral work. It is not simply about wishing to create something new, but first developing the capacity to create within ourselves the space that can receive it.

FULL MOON • PŪRṆIMĀ

Illumination • Completion • Shakti

The Full Moon represents the culmination of a cycle. What began in darkness becomes more visible, and what has been moving within us can be recognised with greater clarity.

Full Moon rituals create a space for meditation, Shakti, energetic transmission, awareness, and completion.

It is a moment to recognise what has matured, what is ready to be completed, and what is asking to be illuminated before the next cycle begins.

SOLSTICES & EQUINOXES

Sacred Turning Points of the Solar Year

The Solstices and Equinoxes are the great turning points of the solar cycle. Light and darkness enter into a new relationship with one another, and with them the natural rhythm of life begins to shift.

The ceremonies held at these times create space for stillness, reflection, intention, and inner alignment.

They remind us that nothing in nature remains forever in the same state. There is a time for birth, growth, culmination, completion, silence, and return.

ANCESTRAL & KARMIC RITUALS

Lineage • Remembrance • Release

Ancestral and karmic rituals are devoted to our relationship with our lineage, memory, and the patterns that may be carried through generations.

Through mantra, meditation, symbolic acts, intention, and energy work, a sacred space is created for recognition, remembrance, and honouring those who came before us.

The intention is not to erase the past. It is to learn to stand in a different relationship with it, to recognise what belongs to us and what may now be released, allowing the next movement of life to unfold with greater awareness and freedom.

Sacred Ceremonies are experiential ritual gatherings that may bring together meditation, mantra, sound, energy work, symbolism, intention, and embodied practice.

Each ceremony carries its own unique quality and is shaped according to the timing, cycle, and intention of the particular gathering.

Here, ritual is not simply a representation of a tradition. It becomes a living space of presence, where the symbolic meets the experiential and intention becomes embodied.

SPECIAL TRANSMISSIONS

Shaktipat • Kundalini Shakti • Siddha Transmissions

Throughout the year, special energetic transmissions are offered that are not necessarily connected to a particular lunar or solar cycle.

These may include Shaktipat, Kundalini Shakti, Siddha Transmissions, meditation, mantra, or other energetic and embodied practices.

Each Special Transmission is a unique gathering and is announced when the right time arrives for it to take place.
